Nicole is a rising star. a store planner, interior designer and marketing pro who has devoted her career to co-ops and natural food stores. She began in store development for UNFI, and worked for many years with CDS Consulting Co-op, developing hundreds of store projects along the way. She holds a BA in Community Development + Facility Design, an MLS in Interior Design, an MBA in Marketing and a passion for nachos.

Heather gets it. After years in non-profit graphic design, SHe moved into food, working in marketing and branding for Lexington Co-op and East Aurora Co-op. HEATHER partners with organizations to develop strategic, cohesive programs and communications to achieve measurable outcomes. Heather is passionate about mission-forward business, community, and integrated branding (actually!). Off hours, she’s probably eating.

Kevin knows his stuff. With over 40 years in the hospitality field, HE is passionate about sharing his experience. KEVIN joined retail natural foods as Operations Manager at Hunger Mountain Co-op in Montpelier, VT. His experience has led stores throughout the country to achieve growth and profitability in prepared foods and day to day operations. Kevin has been teaching at the collegiate level throughout his career and he is a dedicated cyclist. (We dare you to ask him about bikes!)
KEVIN O’DONNELL | OPERATIONS + FOOD SERVICE
Joel is a true cooperator. HE dove into the industry through board leadership at Outpost Natural Foods and then moved to spend many years working with many organizations nationwide through CDSCC’s Cooperative Board Leadership Development program. Joel brings decades of project management as well as governance and management support to the 7r team, is a member-owner of 10 co-ops, and oh - yeah - he’s also a professional singer and actor.
